I initially booked a room for 7 nights stay. The room was large and comfortable with all the usual accessories. The location was ideal for shopping in the Mall of the Emirates, and close to many restaurants. The staff were friendly and cooperative, especially Mr. Haroon from housekeeping who did an excellent job. My room was promptly made up every day and the linen was always fresh and clean. Since my work in Dubai had not finished, I needed to extend my stay for a few more days. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked on Bookings.com. I approached the hotel’s manager Mr. Muhammad Hamdan, who very kindly went out of his way to extend my stay despite the fact that Agoda had taken my reservation when rooms were actually not available. I am most grateful for Mr. Hamdani’s personal intervention and assistance.

I had a great stay overall—the room was always spotless and comfortable. A special shout-out to Ramji, who was not only meticulous with cleaning but also incredibly responsive when I faced issues. Whether it was the leaking air conditioning or a clogged toilet, he took care of everything immediately. His efficiency and care really made a difference. Highly appreciated!
