Staff were friendly, and the facilitaties were ok. But beware when it is mentioned deluxe double, it means double bed. But the staff arranged the double beds to make it one bed after requested.

The staff were very helpful and polite especially Mr. Mehmood and A lady at the reception who did check me in and out.

Location was amazing. So many local food places around the hotel…mall of Emirates walking distance…as far as the breakfast concern, the Syrian gentleman makes a good omelette

Neat,clean! Great value for money, extremely helpful and smiley staff although I went there for christmas season and all the surroundings were booked for much higher prices! Also there was an activity desk at the enterance to book trips and activities

Hotel location is reachable and accessible.. with a high speed Wi-Fi free parking surrounded by good restaurants café. Room service was excellent.. Excellent swimming pool with a beautiful view... Excellent spa and massage service

Receptionist are very good and friendly. They assist us very well. Thanks to Marwa and Gian. Room is good and hotel is very nice. I extend again and I will extend more.
